Waking Up

You begin to “hear” something that seems to be calling inside.  But you shake it off because it’s so distant and the noise of Life is so insistent, loud or seductive.

There’s a sense of ‘not-quite-right’ to what you’re doing, thinking or feeling but you’re so used to it that you keep repeating your thoughts and actions.

But something is whispering to you, “There is another way, something different that needs to be explored.”

And slowly you begin to listen to this sensation within that says there is a new perspective waiting for you – that things can BE and be done differently.

So you begin to look a little closer at your choices, at your decisions, the way you do things, think and feel about things.

You begin to question the way things are.  You begin to search for answers.

This part of you will not insist that you listen.  But it is always there ready for you when you are ready to greet it.  It is patient.  It is that part of you that observes.  It flows within you and around you.

And, in truth it is You.

You begin listening and take your first conscious steps toward
