Stepping out of our routine is one of the better ways to relax. It is also good for personal growth. When we shift our practise we shift our perspective. With a new perspective you begin to see things you may not have before or you see them differently.
We have a tendency to do things the same way every day. Perhaps you drive the same route to work or always shop at the same grocer. Maybe you always eat pizza on Friday or get the same flavour ice cream cone when you treat yourself. You may only listen to folk, classical or popular music, or perhaps you only read mysteries or comics.
Stretch yourself a bit! Move out of your regular routine and try something different. You might even like it!
