Post Holiday Review (2) – Observing Our Inner World

I have been away on an extended holiday road trip with my husband and another couple and so it has been two weeks since I last posted here.  Before I pick up where I left off a little review is in order.

My purpose in writing this blog among others is to introduce my philosophy and myself as a Life Coach.

  • In reviewing these posts you will get a sense of the way we might work together.
  • You will see that we each must do our own work and
  • that we can also lighten the load with the support of a considerate coach as well as a community of like-minded colleagues.

To this end I enjoy working privately with my clients as well as engaging in group sessions.  The individuals in these small groups become close over time and offer great support to each other in their process.

Here is yesterday’s review post:

The Desire for Freedom

Your outer world is a mirror of your inner world and waking up to that realization can be a bit of a shock.  We begin to see a little more clearly what “cause and effect” means in our actions, emotions (energetic centre) and thoughts.

Living Who You Are

Your mirror shows you important things about yourself that are listed in this post:

Mirrors Part Two

Taking steps to understand our inner world or to get to know ourselves with more clarity includes not only observing ourselves interacting in our outer world but also moving into our inner world.  We get a deeper sense of our energy or energetic centres when we begin to do inner observation.

Meditation Part One

Meditation Part Two

Now that we have a better sense of ourselves we can begin looking deeper at what it is that we may need to shift within.  We encounter our inner wounded child fragments and begin the process of nurturing, maturing and integrating them.

We Begin to Heal

We Begin to Heal Part Two

We Begin to Heal Part Three

Thanks for reading and see you tomorrow with the last instalment of this review.
